- 3 Months to DecideIf you do not like our product for any reason whatsoever we would gladly take it back within 3 months of original sale. We would not charge you anything for restocking, and if you are within the EU we would pay the return postage.
Because we really do not want you to be stuck with something that you don't want or don't like. - Safe and SecureWe hate spam as much as you do. We would keep your email as secure as we can and not share it with anyone outside our company without first getting an approval from you. We would never sell your details to any marketer, period, no exceptions.
- 1 Year WarrantyIf our product breaks because of manufacturing defects within 1 year from original sale, we would replace or repair it free of charge. If you are within the EU we would pay to have it shipped to us and then back to you.
If you do not reside in the EU you will need to ship the product back to us. We will ship back the replacement or repaired unit to you for free.
- Fair Shipping RulesOur price in euros includes shipping anywhere in the EU and the appropriate European value-added tax (VAT, MwSt etc).
If your delivery address is not in the EU, you will need to pay the shipping to us at the time of order, and you might have to pay your country's import tax or other taxes directly to your country's customs and tax authorities before you receive the goods. Korf Audio has no responsibility for importation of goods into any country outside of EU and for any charges stemming from it. It is up to you to find out how much, when and how you might have to pay these taxes and charges. - Quality EngineeringWe only offer products that we have designed ourselves, and that are manufactured under our direct control. We promise that we would never re-badge anyone else's products and sell them as our own.
We do not cut corners in design and manufacturing. We only use quality brand-name parts. No noisy switching wall-wart power supply units. No bulk no-name components. No sweatshop assembly. To the best of our knowledge, our products fully comply with European 2006/95/EC directive and with Title 47, Part 15 of the FCC regulations. - Real People, Real OpinionsKorf Audio would not exist without free exchange of sincere opinions on the internet. We would never post on a public forum any promotional or paid content masquerading as a personal opinion.
